Isn't Armor HEAVY? Why wear it? Where do I get it?

An engineer knows best how it's creation works.

The engineer knows what the intent, capability, purpose and most effective boundaries are for its creation.

God created us, He has guidance for how best to maneuver through this life.

BACKGROUND OF THE SITUATION:

In the bigger picture there is this thing called spiritual warfare.

This is WAR.

You THINK you can't SEE it but you see evidence of it all around you and within your own life daily.

The bible says that you are to "put on all of God's armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies and tricks of the devil."

Ephesians 6:12 says, "We are not fighting against people...but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against those mighty powers of darkness who rule this world, and against wicked spirits in the heavenly realms"

"HOW TO" INSTRUCTIONS:

Use every piece of God's armor to resist the enemy in a time of evil, so that after the battle you will still be standing firm.

YOU WILL NEED TO PUT ON, WEAR AND UTILIZE THE FOLLOWING:
  1. Body Armor of God's Righteousness
  2. Belt of Truth
  3. Shoes of Peace
  4. Shield of Faith
  5. Helmet of Salvation
  6. Sword of the Spirit (Word of God)
What does that mean exactly?

Body Armor: Protect your core, your heart
Truth Belt: Holds it all together, without Truth, you fall prey to deception
Peace Shoes: Be prepared by staying in God's Word, if you have peace, you can keep it
Faith Shield: Your faith will fend off Satan's arrows of attack; faith comes by hearing the Word of God, read it and speak it out loud (His Word is more powerful than YOUR OWN)
Salvation Helmet: When you surrender to Christ, He places a blanket of protection over you that ensures you will live with Him for eternity...this is KEY for all the rest
Sword of the Spirit: God's Word has POWER, use it over your life and the lives of others. Do not abuse it.

Surrender your past, present and future to Jesus, all of who you are, to be who HE intended you to be, then put on your armor and go out in your daily life and BE GREAT FOR GOD!

It's hard for God to work through you if you haven't surrendered...
Your surrender makes you flexible...
It's not you who is great, but Him working through you.
Don't be intimidated, get Jesus, get peace, hear what He has to say to you, BE willing and do it afraid.

Ephesians 6:11-18
