Take your request to God, lay it out, ask Him about it, and let Him have it.
Approach Him in faith, not fear. You can trust that God will hear you, whether you "feel" heard or not. He wants to give you the desires of your heart. Trust Him, don’t take it back, genuinely let Him have it.
God will accept it and put things in motion to move on your behalf.
Honor Him by waiting in faith, not fear. Don't give in to the fear that makes you keep wanting to take it back from Him. He is faithful. If you listen closely, He will answer you.
He will give you peace about it and when that happens, it's a DONE DEAL. In the Spirit realm, YOU ALREADY HAVE IT! He's just working the issue out in the physical world. You have to trust that, wait and hold onto that peace. Don't listen to the enemy plant seeds of doubt. Stand firm on the Word.
In James, it says, "the effectual and fervent prayers of a righteous man prevail much".
Say that over and over and let it sink in.
"I walk by faith and not by sight" Do not put faith in your circumstances or how hopeless your request may seem. Your circumstance are fact, not Truth. God's Word is Truth. God can turn things around in 24 hours - in ONE hour!
God loves you dearly. The bible says "if you draw near to Him, He will draw near to you. If you take one step towards Him, He will take many steps towards you". The bible also says that "God only wants good for you".
If bad has happened in your life, don't forget we have an enemy out there, but God loves us so much that we have the promise of Romans 8:28 to lean on. “For God turns all things for His glory and the good of those that love Him and are called according to His purpose for their life.”
Whatever bad has happened in your life, God will turn around for good in some way, shape or form. You don’t have to understand HOW, let Him handle it and press on. God is good like that!
Keep turning to Him, keep the relationship going, keep asking Him, keep talking to Him, keep the dialogue going, keep including Him and watch Him reveal Himself to you in so many small ways (and big ones) day after day… And in time, you will look back and see how He gave you the desires of your heart. The same desires He gave to you...
