Jesus Is Like A Drug - Once You Get Him - You Want MORE!

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Rom 10:9 

(Yes, it's that easy, you may not FEEL different, but it is guaranteed that you ARE saved - without a doubt.)

And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Acts 2:21

You are made perfect, not by what YOU do, but by what He did for you!


Come near to God and he will come near to you. James 4:8

(If you take one step towards him, he will take many towards you...He just needs you to take that first step...)

And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself. John 12:32

(Jesus speaking of His death & how it is intended to save all)

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him... Revelation 3:20 

(There is something inside of you, that God put there, seeking more - He is the only one that can fill that void inside of you)

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6

(Jesus said himself that He is the only way, there is no other.)

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God... Romans 3:23

(we fall short, we can't be with God, Jesus is the bridge to God; Jesus' sacrifice balances the scales of justice that enable us to be with God)

The fact is, God puts something inside of all of us, even those in remote parts of the earth to show them that He is real, and if they seek Him, He comes to them. They may not know His formal name, but they know Him. He makes Himself evident in nature and inside of us.

It's your choice.
You can't earn it, you can't be good enough.

Benefits of knowing God and walking through each day WITH Him:

1. Knowing you are forgiven and no condemnation can be held over you
2. Knowing no matter how you fail, God loves you and will not hold it over you - His forgiveness is endless because of Christ
3. Knowing that you don't have to earn it, you can't, but you want to be obedient because that shows the depth of your relationship and true love for Him
4. Knowing you will be in His presence for eternity (which you can't yet comprehend)
5. Knowing the peace and joy that can truly override ANY bad situation
6. Benefiting from His wisdom and discerment as you make decisions - personal or professional (because you are staying closely connected to and sensitive or receptive to what He has to say to you - u haven't cluttered your life with so much busyness that you can't hear Him)
7. Having His strength because you acknowledge Him first, that it's His situation to handle and not your burden to carry
8. Being prosperous in wisdom, health, finances, relationships
9. Having favor
10. Being blessed in so many small ways (and big) everyday
11. Seeing Him work through you to reach others in small ways everyday
12. Just KNOWING you're never alone because He walks with you minute by minute
13. Knowing that you are showing Him love through your obedience to His guidance - doing what He wants instead of only what you want
14. Knowing REAL intimacy with the one who created you & knows you better than you know yourself
15. Observing how faithful He is to show you how He has worked in your life across time
16. Watching as He (Romans 8:28) works the "bad" things out for your good and His Glory

God is good. All the time.
